What is the difference between earth science and technology?

the technology is used for like practical reasons, and earth science is like space and stuff! Please answer!

Earth science is basically studying the natural world-Earth. It includes geology, like rocks and how geological features (mountains, plains, mesas) form. Technology is the application of science into practical use, and technology is invented by people.
