How do you repair a cbr. file?

I’ve recently re-started my interest in comics again with Marvel Civil War, I have all the 106 issues on my computer via download, and I will buy them all in physical order when I am super rich, but that’ll have to wait…now, I’m downloading the Dark Reign storyline, I’m having trouble with invincible iron man number 13 of volume 5 I belive…it’s part of the world’s most wanted story..just number 13 keeps failing on me..I tried to fix it with winrar, but it didn’t do it justice…so anyone know where I can find the 13th one? I tried filestube.com, but it’s in Spanish…
