
What would be the proper dosage of melatonin for me?
I’m 18, almost 19, I’m about 5′3 and my weight varies between 105-110. It takes me at least an hour and a half to fall asleep, I wake up multiple times in the night and I always get up in the morning feeling groggy. I have a bunch of 3mg tablets. Sometimes it seems I take too much, and sometimes it seems like not enough. I need to know how many mg’s I should take and long before bed should I take them.
If possible avoid taking it, it will cause dependency.
Try to relax yourself and have a cup or 2 camomile tea before bedtime will certainly help you to sleep through the night.
