Does anyone know a historical or famous resturant in Mexico?

There is a restaurant in Guadalajara called La Chata. It started in 1942 with the recepies of “la chata” herself. A women that the call “la chata” is one that has a turned up nose. There is also a location now in Puerto Vallarta. Also in Puerto Vallarta, they have an Azecta Restuarant, which is part of the Azecta chain in US.
