Can Roger Federer FINALLY complete the missing piece in his Grand Slam collection tomorrow?
Roger Federer could eclipse the great Pete Sampras tomorrow, by equalling his total of 14 Grand Slams AND winning the French Open, thus being the first man since Agassi (and 5th overall) to win a major on all surfaces.
The trouble is, it looks like the nerves are getting to him.
Is Roger Federer destined for greatness – can he do it?
Hopefully he can. This is his first opportunity to win Roland Garros without having to go through Nadal and I hope he doesn’t come up short. In terms of rankings and past achievements he has to be the favorite going in. However, with Soderling on a great run and all the pressure Roger’s facing, its hardly a done deal.
