
What is the best way to lose fat but not gain too much muscle?
I’m a female. I work out often, and i bulid muscle quiet easily. I don’t want guns, I just want to be nice, LEAN and toned. I did yoga a while back and my arms go really bulky, i didn’t like it so i stopped. Have any sugguestions to losing mega fat but not building too much muscle? I’m not fat 510 155
