How good would the Bulls be?

They get Stoudemire, a fast, athletic big Man Who can run an gun with rose…and they get a stopper on defense in bowen…. I know this trade is lopsided but, do you agree it would be great for them?
Would help the Bulls a whole lot…The Suns really get screwed over though Larry Hughes is very injury prone.
